TWIN DOSER has two turntable for dosing recipe, and one AUSTOCK area positioned in the middle of machine for stock solution preparation. Due to advanced design, two separate recipes can be dispensed simultaneously from two independently turntable and weighed gravimetrically by two electronic scales for greater speed, during recipe dosing, TWIN DOSER allow the stock solution preparation proceed in the meantime.

For DOSER unit:

Stock solution number: 104, capacity 1000cc

Delivery system:

2 independently turntable, each can deliver up to 12 dyepots in a batch with continuously dispensing capabilities.  (Special adaptors accommodate any size of dyepot)

Dispensing scale:

1 set for each turntable, maximum 2000+-0.01g (2 sets design is optional)

For AUSTOCK unit:

Water tank: 2 tanks, hot & cold tank (automatically refilled)

Stirring System: 6 stirring stations with adjustable speed control.

Weighing accuracy: 1 electronic scale +- 0.01g (Option +- 0.001g)

Software functions: same as AUSTOCK & RAPID DOSER
