A high pressure yarn hydro-extracting and drying machine,
composed of drying tank, drain tank condenser, blower with
motor, heater, air tank and control panel, is for spun
cone/cheese yarn.
AUTOMATIC CONTROL SYSTEM
Automatic control by button system is used for evenly drying and
free from excessive dry, shorting of drying time.
EASY AND SAFE OPERATION
Door opening and closing all use automatic air-cylinder
operation. Operation easy and safe.

1. DRYING TANK
Open and close for drying tank cover and tight cover both use
automatic air-cylinder.
2. BLOWER
This is high speed centrifugal blower. Outside is made by
stainless steel.
3. FLOW EXCHANGE VALVE
Change air flow, let hot air-flow in and wet ari-flow out to
make air circulation.
4.DRAIN TANK
Connected with drying tank, let moisture air drain water out
and shorting drying time.
5.HEATER
This is multi-pipe heater. Rise up air temperature which
circulated in the drying tank very quickly.
6.CONDERSER
This condenser freeze water and drained out by cooling pipe.
