Dyeing units offer following advantages

1.SAVING ENERGY AND RESOURCES

Low liquor system saves process water, cooling water, steam, chemicals, dyestuffs and electric power. About 30 min from 25C up to 140C, about 20 min from 140C down to 80C.

2.WIDE APPLICATION

This is a universal application machine which may accomplish various treatments such as bleaching dying and scouring etc.

3.SPECIAL PUMP

Special designed pump is centrifugal type, high head and large flow rate.

4.EASY AND SAFE OPERATION

Door opening and closing all use automatic air-cylinder operation. Temperature and time can be set optionally by electric control panel. Auto or semi-auto can be chosen optionally. Easy for operation.

TGCH type cheese dyeing machine is a pneumatically controlled, high temperature, high pressure dyeing machine, it can be used with a wide variety of fibers (natural, synthetic, polyester etc.) at low liquor ratios.
